I'm going to try to keep this going even though we haven't had any posts in two weeks.
This prompt should be fun, I hope.
Rewrite a popular fairy tale, make it your own. Get creative, get crazy.
And, since no one, not even Mollie (ha!), posted on her prompt, if you want to, include a conversation with the devil somewhere in there.
Remember the main purpose of a fairy tale: it's a warning to the reader, there is a moral or underlying message--usually trying to make the reader, a child, conform to some societal construct. We all tend to write fucked up shit, so I would like to challenge you to write something still with a child reader in mind, but you don't have to.
Let's keep it under or around 600 words.
